these dumbbell is more my size. I must admit I am not the work-out person, I once had a gym membership card and when there ” times a week, I was so proud of myself. And then out off the blue they closed the place. I tried out other facilities but could not find the right atmosphere for me. So now I am my own coach, and I must say this coach does not get the best out of me.

No matter how many toys I buy for my dog. This is the only item that has stolen his heart, The magical tennis ball !!!

So whenever we want to play a game of Tennis we have to make sure the dog is not in the neighbourhood. When we unpacked the delivery of these beauties he was excited and really wanted to help.

We sure had some very good tennis players in Belgium a few years back. Even a little country like Belgium can harbor good tallents, you never know when it will be your time to shine. So just go for it and most important enjoy the game.
